Nicole is both a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor and JOGA® Trainer and offers both private and group sessions within a private studio.
Pilates is a great addition to any rehab schedule and an excellent way to improve your core and back strength as well as overall fitness/posture concerns. JOGA is an athletic-based form of yoga designed specifically for an athletic body. JOGA is used by athletes across North America and implemented into their training regimes to condition mobility and stability along with providing increased mental focus and control.
